Exercise is activity that requires physical effort and puts a demand on the body, especially intended to sustain or improve health and fitness. At Marshall's 584, exercise is focused on muscle and joint conditioning in a clinically controlled environment, within the constraints of safety. You will be trained to meaningfully load the muscular structures to build personal strength by stimulating growth of muscle fiber.

Your first session is complimentary. There are no contracts or automatic recurring payments that you are locked in to. However, you must prepay for 10 training sessions. Current pricing is $500 for ten visits, payable by check or credit card. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy prior to your scheduled session. All sessions are by appointment only. Our slow movement general physical conditioning technique originated from the 1982 Nautilus sponsored Osteoporosis Project at the University of Florida Medical School. By utilizing resistant training equipment at a safer speed with less momentum, more tension is created in the muscle-joint structure. The result is muscle growth stimulation which is a key factor in strengthening the skeletal framework.
Build Muscle, Lose Fat, Burn Calories
You will be individually coached and guided by a Certified Personal Trainer during your 30 minute appointment. Only one or two sessions per week is the maximum needed to get a full body work-out of all the major muscle groups. Your personal coach will encourage you to perform slow paced movements with no sudden jerking, bouncing or acceleration of the weights involved. This protocol is an extremely effective exercise involving the use of precise, slow movements on highly specialized, safe and efficient exercise equipment. The slow movements of the exercise reduce force and negative impact on muscles, bones, joints and connective tissues.
